Amkor Technology Vietnam LLC expansion at Yen Phong 2-C Industrial Park, Bac Ninh

The Amkor Technology Vietnam factory has a total investment of 1.6 billion USD, divided into 3 phases, with phase I amounting to 520 million USD. It is expected to create jobs for approximately 10,000 workers by 2035. According to Amkor Technology Vietnam, in the initial phase, the factory will focus on testing, providing advanced System-in-Package (SiP) assembly and testing solutions for the world's leading electronics and semiconductor manufacturing companies.
