– Step 1: Checking and ensuring good materials and components is extremely important.
– Step 2: Materials will be fitted, welded, shaped, and primed into basic frames.
– Step 3: All frames will be assembled into the complete container structure.
– Step 4: Next is final welding and insulation installation.
– Step 5: Cleaning and final painting are indispensable steps in the special container production process.
– Step 6: The container is finished by applying sealant, installing door gaskets, and locking bars.
All the above steps create a complete container. Before reaching the customer, the special container will be inspected overall by a team of professional engineers, ensuring customers have absolute peace of mind about the product.
